"Many years ago I saw the need to develop an Assisted Reproductive Technology Program. The mission was simple: Make the dream of having a child affordable to infertile couples, by providing the best care at the best price in a friendly and compassionate environment. We would provide a full array of services in a responsive and efficient manner by a dedicated and caring staff. Our program would provide all services in a single office setting. In this regard, we were proud to become the first program in St. Louis to provide in-office sperm aspiration (PESA) with sperm insertion (ICSI), GIFT and ZIFT. As an office-based facility, we were able to provide this technology at far lower cost. We have accomplished this mission and we will continue to strive to provide the very best care at the most affordable cost to meet our patients’ needs. Our center is dedicated to the infertile couple." Ronald P. Wilbois, M.D.
