I help our patients understand and resolve their insurance questions and issues. When there are concerns regarding billing or insurance coverage, I work diligently to solve the problem. I often call the carrier directly on behalf of our patients to clear up issues and expedite the claims process. We have Capital One Financing options available with very low interest rates, so I also work with patients to apply for this service.
