Short Donor Profiles: These three to four page documents offer additional information about the donor including fertility history, physical feature and measurements and personal characteristics, but these profiles are less in-depth than the Long Donor Profiles. Up to 6 Short Donor Profiles per calendar year are available free-of-charge, after which there is a nominal fee for each additional short profile.

Long Donor Profiles are very detailed documents containing 20 pages of personal and three generations of medical and family background information on the donor. The family members described in the long profile include the donor's parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to medical and genetic information, the donor profiles include personal information, such as the donor's religion, hobbies, and physical characteristics.  These profiles are available to you for a nominal fee.  They can be ordered by mail or phone and will be sent directly and discretely to you.
